Supervise day-to-day electrical maintenance activities across the Coke Oven, CDCP, CHP, and CSP units. Lead and guide a team of electricians and technicians in preventive and corrective maintenance. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults in motors, panels, PLC systems, VFDs, transformers, and power distribution systems. Monitor electrical equipment performance and plan predictive maintenance schedules. Ensure adherence to safety standards and proper use of PPE and LOTO procedures during maintenance tasks. Maintain documentation of maintenance records, downtime analysis, and spare parts usage. Coordinate with operations, mechanical, and instrumentation teams for smooth workflow and shutdown planning. Ensure compliance with plant maintenance SOPs and statutory safety regulations. Contribute to energy-saving initiatives and suggest improvements for operational efficiency. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong technical knowledge of HT/LT systems, switchgears, MCC panels, and PLC/VFD systems. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting electrical faults in Coke Oven & related plants. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics. Team leadership and effective communication skills. Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a plus. Working knowledge of safety practices and ISO/OHSAS standards.
